What is ELBIROU?

In this office, no one is innocent

You're all colleagues, and everyone wants to climb the ladder. Your goal: collect Influence Points and be the first to reach the target.

Each turn, draw a card and play up to two: attack your coworkers and steal their influence, play Advantages to gain your own, or make Announcements that hit the whole table. When an attack comes your way, defend with a Betrayal: cancel it, shift it onto someone else, or protect yourself in advance.

And Job cards give you a permanent power for the rest of the game.

How to play

One turn, three steps

    Draw

    Draw 1 card from the deck. The Director draws 2.

  2. 2

    Play

    Play up to 2 cards: Attacks, Advantages, Announcements or a Job. The Intern plays 3.

  3. 3

    Pass

    Shift's over: next player. Betrayals? Play them whenever you need them.

First to collect 6 to 8 Influence Points (depending on player count) wins the promotion.
