Terms of sale, delivery and returns

These terms apply to every order placed on this site.

Seller

Prices

Prices are in Tunisian dinars (DT). The price and the delivery fee are shown before you confirm; the price displayed when you confirm is the price you pay.

Ordering

Your order is registered when you press the confirm button and you receive an order number (ELB-XXXXX). We then call you to confirm the delivery.

We may cancel an order if we cannot reach you, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if the game is out of stock. We will tell you.

Pre-orders

While the game is in pre-order, it is shipped as soon as it is released. The site states when the game is in pre-order.

Payment

Cash on delivery only: you pay the delivery person when you receive the parcel. No online payment is taken.

Delivery

We deliver to your home anywhere in Tunisia through Best Way Delivery. The delivery fee is shown before you confirm.

Delivery usually takes a few working days after dispatch. We confirm the timing with you by phone. You can follow your order on the tracking page with your order number and phone number.

Checking your parcel and returns

Please check the parcel when you receive it. If the game is damaged or is not what you ordered, refuse it or contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you.

You can return an unused game in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery. Contact us first at the address below.

Refused or unreachable orders

If parcels are repeatedly refused or nobody answers at delivery, we may decline future orders from the same customer.

Law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law.
