ELBIROU respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect when you visit the site or order the game, why, and what your rights are.

Who we are

ELBIROU is a Tunisian card game sold directly from this site. Contact: contact@elbirougame.com.

What we collect

When you order: your name, phone number, email, governorate, delivery address, optional note, and the quantity ordered.

If you start the order form but do not finish it, the phone number (and the name, email and governorate you typed) may be saved so we can contact you about your order. These details are deleted after 30 days.

Technical data: your IP address (to stop spam and abuse), your language, and the campaign or website you came from (to know which advertising works).

Why we use it

To process and deliver your order, confirm it by phone and email, and answer your questions.

To prevent fraud and spam, and to understand which of our ads and posts bring customers.

Who receives it

The delivery company (Best Way Delivery) receives your name, phone number, address, governorate and the amount to collect. Our email provider (OVH) and our order spreadsheet (Google) process your order data on our behalf.

We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as accounting and legal obligations require. Details from unfinished orders are deleted after 30 days.

Your rights

Under Tunisian data protection law (Organic Law no. 2004-63) you can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to its use. Write to contact@elbirougame.com and we will answer.

Cookies and browser storage

The site stores your language choice and the quantity you selected in your browser so it can remember them. We do not use advertising cookies at the moment. If that changes, this page will be updated.

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
